Share purchase details, weight and box dimensions if available. MAS confirms the shipping option, applicable charges and booking, then arranges air or sea shipping.
Sending goods from the USA?

Share the contents, Malaysia destination, box count and available weight and dimensions. Include your US pickup location if needed. Confirm item eligibility before packing or sending.

Prepare and send as agreed
Follow MAS’s packing, identification and New York receiving or pickup instructions. Pickup fees depend on the location.

MAS confirms shipment details, applicable charges and booking, then arranges air or sea shipping. You review and send the WhatsApp draft; the message alone is not a booking.
