Rates and estimates
Published prices use the currency, route, coverage and effective date shown beside them. Our published New York-to-West Malaysia tariff is in USD. An estimator result illustrates the supported published freight rate; it is not a final invoice, confirmed booking or promise to accept the goods.
Ask MAS to confirm the total price, measurements used for billing, included services and any additional charges. Unconfirmed inputs or routes require a staff quote.
Contact and booking
You choose whether to send an enquiry by WhatsApp or email. Opening a link, viewing an estimate or browsing this website does not book a shipment, arrange pickup or purchase insurance. Obtain MAS’s receiving instructions and shipment confirmation before sending goods.
Appropriate use
Provide accurate information that you are entitled to share. Do not disrupt the website, bypass access controls or submit harmful material. Do not put payment credentials or unnecessary sensitive information in an estimate description.
Images and outside services
Photographs illustrate shipping activities and do not establish MAS ownership of pictured people, premises or vehicles. Linked services, including WhatsApp and Google Maps, have their own terms and privacy practices.
Shipment arrangements and your rights
Shipment-specific terms, including any applicable claims procedure, liability provisions and separately arranged cover, must be provided and agreed through the booking process. These Website Terms do not create a fixed compensation limit or an automatic insurance policy. Nothing here excludes rights or responsibilities that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
