MAS shipping conditions

Effective date: September 17, 2026

1. Arrange your shipment with MAS

MAS Worldwide Express, Corp. arranges shipping from the USA to Malaysia by air or sea. Contact us before ordering goods to our New York address or sending a shipment. Obtain the receiving instructions and confirm the destination, service, charges and applicable shipment terms.

A website estimate or WhatsApp draft is an enquiry, not a booking. MAS confirms acceptance after reviewing the goods, route, documents and service. Delivery to our receiving address does not by itself confirm acceptance for onward shipment. We may decline an unsafe, prohibited or unsuitable shipment and discuss the lawful next steps with you.

2. Tell us what you are sending

Provide accurate contents, quantities, values, measurements, sender and receiver details, together with the documents needed for your shipment. Declare goods truthfully; do not understate their value or describe purchases as gifts to avoid requirements.

Ask about restricted or potentially hazardous items before sending them. MAS must confirm whether an item can be accepted for the chosen route and service. An item pictured on the website is not automatically accepted.

3. Pack and identify the goods

Use packaging suitable for the goods and the journey, and follow MAS’s receiving and identification instructions. Protect fragile items and keep purchase records. Ask MAS before sending goods that need special preparation. Do not assume repacking, consolidation or storage is included; obtain confirmation of availability and charges.

4. Confirm the price and payment

MAS may check the actual weight and outer dimensions of the packed goods. Before you agree to ship, we will state the chargeable weight or volume, any dimensional-weight or rounding rule, and whether multiple boxes are charged separately or together. A changed measurement must be explained with the revised price.

The published tariff states its currency, route, coverage and effective date. MAS confirms the applicable measurement/billing basis and shipment price. Ask which charges are included, including pickup, handling, customs, duties, onward delivery and any requested extra service. Pay according to the confirmed quotation or invoice.

Changes to the goods, measurements, destination or requested service may require a revised quote. The website estimator does not set an unconfirmed dimensional-weight, rounding or multi-box rule.

5. Customs and delivery

Provide the documents and assistance needed for lawful export and import. Customs authorities make their own inspection, release and duty decisions. Confirm with MAS which party will handle clearance and pay applicable duties or other charges.

Departure and delivery times are estimates unless a specific written commitment says otherwise. Customs, carrier schedules, weather and other disruptions can affect timing. Air delivery information does not establish a sea-delivery promise. Confirm the final delivery or collection arrangement before booking.

6. Value, liability and optional cover

Tell MAS the goods’ true value and ask about any available protection before dispatch. Declaring a value does not itself purchase insurance or guarantee payment of that amount. Any separately arranged cover requires confirmation of eligibility, price, conditions and acceptance.

Responsibility and compensation for loss, damage or delay depend on applicable law, the agreed shipment terms, evidence of the loss and any confirmed cover. Ask for those terms before booking. Nothing here removes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

7. Report a problem promptly

Inspect the shipment on receipt where possible. Tell MAS promptly about missing goods, damage or a delivery problem at support@shipmas.com. Include the shipment reference, a description, photographs and available purchase/repair evidence. Keep the goods and original packaging for investigation.

Formal notice and claim deadlines depend on the applicable shipment terms and law. Obtain those deadlines when booking; contact MAS immediately rather than waiting for documents to be complete. Reporting a problem does not guarantee a claim will be accepted.

8. Storage and additional handling

Confirm any storage period and charges before leaving goods with MAS. Repacking, consolidation and other handling are available only when specifically agreed. We will explain proposed charges and obtain your agreement before optional work. If goods cannot be delivered or collected, contact MAS to agree on storage, return or other lawful arrangements. This page does not authorize automatic disposal or sale of your goods.

9. Changes and cancellations

Contact MAS as soon as possible to request a change or cancellation. Availability depends on the shipment’s stage. MAS will explain the applicable charges or refund position before you agree to a proposed change. These terms do not create a blanket non-refundable fee or remove statutory refund rights.

10. Contact and personal information

Contact support@shipmas.com, +1 631-998-8588, or +1 646-338-8588. Our mailing/receiving address is 15-05 132nd St, College Point, NY 11356, United States.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle enquiries and shipment information. Shipment-specific agreements and applicable law govern the service; general website guidance does not replace them.
