Where in Malaysia do you ship?
The published tariff covers New York to West Malaysia (Peninsular Malaysia). Air shipping includes door-to-door delivery in West Malaysia. Contact MAS about Sabah, Sarawak or sea delivery arrangements for your destination.
Can I buy from US stores?
Yes. Contact MAS before ordering to confirm your items and obtain the New York receiving and identification instructions. Use the details MAS provides for the store’s delivery. Follow the shopping steps
Can you collect my goods in the USA?
Pickup is available for air and sea shipments. The fee depends on the pickup location; share it with MAS when asking for a quote.
How do I get a shipping quote?
Use the published rates as a reference, then share your shipment details with MAS. Unsupported weights, dimensions or destinations need a staff quote.
What should I send on WhatsApp?
Tell us what you want to send, its Malaysia destination, box count, weight and dimensions if known. Include your US pickup location if needed. You can ask before you have every measurement.

Are my items eligible to ship?
Send a description of the contents to our team before buying or sending. Item eligibility and any documentation requirements must be confirmed for your shipment.
Can you combine, store or repack my purchases?
Ask MAS about the arrangements before ordering. Availability, fees, storage terms and any repacking need to be agreed for your shipment.
Costs and delivery
How long does air shipping take?
Air shipping departs on Saturdays, with an estimated delivery time of 7–14 days. Confirm your departure, when the estimate starts and how the days are counted with MAS. Delivery dates are not guaranteed. View air rates
How long does sea shipping take?
Ask MAS for the sea transit estimate and onward delivery arrangements for your destination before sending. The air service’s 7–14-day estimate does not apply. View sea rates
What do the prices include?
The tables show listed freight charges. Ask MAS to confirm applicable pickup, customs, taxes/duties, handling, other charges and optional insurance for your shipment before booking.
What if my air weight is not listed?
Ask MAS for a quote using your actual weight, box dimensions and box count. Do not round to a published weight. MAS needs to confirm the charge for fractional, dimensional, multiple-box and heavy shipments. View the air weight table
Can I send less than 5 cubic feet by sea?
For smaller shipments, ask whether we can accept them. Paying for the minimum does not confirm acceptance.
How is insurance arranged?
See the insurance fee schedule, then ask MAS to confirm coverage, eligibility, the fee for your declared value and how to choose insurance. This website does not select or purchase insurance.
Packing and pickup
How should I pack and label my goods?
Ask our team for the packing and identification requirements for your specific items before sending them. Do not assume one packing method or label is suitable for every shipment.
Does opening WhatsApp make a booking?
No. You review and send the message yourself. Staff then confirms the shipment details and booking.
